Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations and refund must be confirmed in writing (email or signed document).
Cancellation by Traveler
Cancellations must be sent in writing via email to contact@discoverannapurna.com.

Cancellation by Discover Annapurna
If we cancel a confirmed booking due to force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding non-refundable costs such as permits, flights, or hotel deposits. Alternatively, you may reschedule or transfer to a future date at no extra charge (subject to supplier terms).
Refunds
Processed within 7–15 working days after cancellation acknowledgment
Issued via original payment method and currency
Bank/service fees related to the refund are borne by the traveler
Flights, permits, and entrance tickets are non-refundable once issued
No partial refunds for unused services or early departures
Liability
Discover Annapurna acts as an organizer and intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers. We are not liable for delays, losses, accidents, or damages caused by third-party providers, weather, or events beyond our control. Any damage caused by the traveler to property must be compensated directly.
Disputes
Disputes will first be resolved amicably. Failing resolution, disputes are governed by the laws of Nepal and settled under Nepal's jurisdiction.
