We accept payments in US Dollars (USD) and other currencies as accepted and specified at the time of transaction. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel costs, government fees, permit costs, or other unforeseen factors. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by You
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to contact@discoverannapurna.com. Cancellation charges apply as per the specific package terms communicated at the time of booking.
5.2 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, political instability, government restrictions, or insufficient group size. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
6. Passport, Visa, and Permits
It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport, necessary visas, and any required travel documentation for entry into Nepal. Trekking permits (TIMS, ACAP, etc.) will be arranged by us as part of the package unless stated otherwise. We are not liable for any issues arising from incomplete, incorrect, or expired travel documentation.
7. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all trekking and adventure activities. Insurance should cover personal accidents, medical expenses (including emergency helicopter evacuation), loss of luggage, trip cancellations, and repatriation. Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.
8. Health and Safety
8.1 Medical Conditions
You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline participation or alter itineraries if health conditions may pose a risk to you or other participants.
8.2 Fitness Requirements
Certain treks and activities require a minimum level of physical fitness. You are responsible for ensuring you meet the fitness requirements outlined in the specific package details.
8.3 Compliance with Instructions
During treks and activities, you agree to follow the instructions of your assigned guide or trek leader. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.
8.4 Compliance with Laws
You agree to abide by all local laws and regulations during your travels. Illegal activities will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
9. Altitude and Weather Risks
Trekking in the Annapurna region involves high-altitude travel. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with altitude sickness, extreme weather, and remote terrain. We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety reasons, including altitude-related concerns.
10. Limitation of Liability
We act as an organizer and intermediary between you and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, local transport). We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers, weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, wars, strikes, government actions, or civil unrest.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
