Day 01

Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar

Early morning, begin your journey towards Besisahar, the entry point to the Annapurna region. The drive follows the Prithvi Highway alongside the Trishuli River, offering scenic views of hills, terraced farmland, and small settlements.

As you move further from Kathmandu, the environment becomes more rural and peaceful. Upon arrival in Besisahar, check into your accommodation and enjoy a relaxed evening. You may take a short walk around the town to observe local life and prepare for the mountainous journey ahead.

Day 02

Drive to Manang via Chame and Pisang

7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Travel Duration: 8 to 9 hrs

Today’s drive takes you deep into the Annapurna region, following the Marsyangdi River through narrow valleys, forests, and traditional villages. The route passes through Chame, the district headquarters, where you can observe changing landscapes and mountain views.

Continuing through Pisang, the valley opens up, offering impressive views of Annapurna II and Pisang Peak. As you gain altitude, the terrain becomes more rugged and alpine. Upon reaching Manang, settle into your hotel and take time to rest and acclimatize while enjoying the surrounding mountain scenery.

Day 03

Manang Exploration

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

This day is dedicated to exploring Manang and its surroundings while allowing proper acclimatization. Begin with a visit to Gangapurna Lake, a glacial lake known for its striking blue color and dramatic mountain backdrop. The area provides excellent opportunities for photography and quiet observation of the natural environment.

You will also visit Braga Monastery, an important cultural and spiritual site with centuries-old artifacts and traditional architecture. Later, explore Manang village, where you can walk through narrow streets, visit local shops, and observe the lifestyle of the mountain community. The day is designed to be light yet meaningful, combining cultural and natural exploration.

    Individual / Small Group (up to 6 pax):

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% due 15 days before trip start

    • Remaining balance settled 2–3 days before departure or at pre-tour meetup

    Group (7+ pax):

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% due 30 days before trip start

    • Remaining balance settled 2–3 days before departure or at pre-tour meetup

    Last-minute bookings (within 15 days of departure): 100% payment required upon confirmation.

    Payment Methods

    Payments accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or authorized payment gateway in USD or NPR equivalent. International transaction fees are borne by the customer. Payment is confirmed only after funds are credited to our account.

    Amendments

    Changes to confirmed bookings (dates, names, itinerary) must be made in writing. Additional charges from hotels, airlines, or local partners may apply. Changes within 7 days of departure follow the cancellation policy.

    Child & Senior Policy

    • Under 5 years: Complimentary (sharing bed with parents) for hotels. Flight fares per airline policy.

    • Ages 5–10: 50% of adult rate (sharing bed). Flight fares per airline policy.

    • Above 10 years: Charged as adults.

    • Travelers 65+: Requested to share medical/fitness information for high-altitude or adventure activities.

    Travel Insurance

    Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, and evacuation. Proof may be requested before departure.

If we cancel a confirmed booking due to force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding non-refundable costs such as permits, flights, or hotel deposits. Alternatively, you may reschedule or transfer to a future date at no extra charge (subject to supplier terms).

Refunds

  • Processed within 7–15 working days after cancellation acknowledgment

  • Issued via original payment method and currency

  • Bank/service fees related to the refund are borne by the traveler

  • Flights, permits, and entrance tickets are non-refundable once issued

  • No partial refunds for unused services or early departures

Disputes will first be resolved amicably. Failing resolution, disputes are governed by the laws of Nepal and settled under Nepal's jurisdiction.
